National Sponsorship

Official Sponsorship Eligibility Requirements for a National Tournament.

1. Purpose

To establish clear, fair, and objective criteria for determining eligibility for sponsored entry (covering registration fees, travel, and/or accommodation) to the [National Tournament Name]. This ensures that sponsorship is awarded based on competitive merit and demonstrated performance.

2. Eligibility Period

Performance must have been achieved during the officially designated qualifying season, specifically in the following tournaments:

Summer 1 Championship (in the Current Year)

Summer 2 Championship (in the Current Year)

3. Core Performance Criteria

To be eligible for sponsorship consideration, an individual or team must have met at least one of the following competitive achievements within the Eligibility Period (Section 2.0):

    3.1 First Place Finish: Achieved a 1st place victory in the Intermediate Plus  division of either the Summer 1 or Summer 2 Championship.

    3.2 Second Place Finish: Achieved a 2nd place finish in the Intermediate Plus division of either the Summer 1 or Summer 2 Championship.

Note: Performances in the lower divisions do not qualify for Sponsorship. 

4. Required Documentation

Eligible Team must submit their interest with in 30 days of that championship or lose the opportunity of sponsorship.
